Refinish Network

just wondering if you other autobody fanatics out their encounter this too. I am always recommending to other techs that i run into about checking out this site and others like it. I have never really seen any fellow techs interested enough to sign up. Why is this??? I think it helps increase your worth as your always learning new things. It makes your life easier when you have a problem their hundreds of other techs to help you troubleshoot. Are these guys just close minded, know everything already or just like to keep their work at work. Do you guys out their experience this too??

I used to believe we were like magicians and magicians don't tell their secrets. but now as I've aged and seen this industry seemingly go down hill I decided the opposite should happen and those of us that are still in it should all get on the same page.
Won't happen over night but I feel that if you build it they will come. RN is not without competition ... but I tell 2 friends and you tell 2 friends and :dry: you know the rest.

i told everyone here about it but pretty much want to remain ignorant of todays info.I for one want to learn as much about what i do as possible.knowledge is power in my book.

thats how I find it. more like tell 20 freinds & 1 will care.

One reason people shy away from it is because they are computer shy in general.

Who has time to sit and type away at the key board all the time. You work at least 50 hours a week then go home to the family all the running around. I only have a little time in the morning on the weekends.
